Analyze the whole process. Try to identify points of improvement with the 8 Lean Wastes in mind. Some hints: scrap, inventory and movements.
It’s also been some time since the last time we analyzed a factory layout so let’s refresh concepts. What can you see in the video?
In this video we can see how the product is manufactured in batches, we’ll see in the future if this is the best approach. Until then, take your time to think if this is OK or it can be improved.
